The Nashville Fire Academy is pleased to host the State of Tennessee EMS Instructor/Coordinator course. Details of the course are listed below. This course is a mandatory requirement for obtaining your State of Tennessee EMS Instructor/Coordinator endorsement. Registration and payment must be completed through the Tennessee EMS Education Association (TEMSEA). Additionally, you are required to enroll for the course via Enrollware. For questions or additional information, please contact District Chief Andrew Neill at andrew.neill@nashville.gov. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted.
The class will take place in the designated classroom from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that you must also register for the course through TEMSEA and Enrollware. The course includes one full day of in-person instruction as well as 8 hours of online pre-course work. The cost of the course is $250, which does not include the required textbook. The textbook is available for purchase at the provided link for $90, or you may purchase it independently. Please ensure you have the textbook, as it is mandatory for the class.
